End-User License Agreement

Authentic Intimacy (“AI”) provides End Users (“You”) a license to use AI Digital Content only under the terms of this License Agreement. 

By purchasing or being granted access to AI’s Digital Content, You agree to be bound by all of the terms and conditions of this License Agreement and accept this License Agreement. 

Digital Content from AI’s online shop is licensed to You for use only under the specific terms of this License Agreement. 

  1. THE DIGITAL CONTENT

The Digital Content includes all small group curriculum, webinar recordings, Java Packs, conference recordings, and any other Digital Content sold through AI’s shop.

  1. SCOPE OF LICENSE
2.1 You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to watch the Digital Content on any devices that You own or control.
2.2 You may not share the Digital Content in part or in full on the internet, including on any social media platform. 
2.3 You may not share the Digital Content with others except under these conditions:
    • Small Group Curriculum: The Small Group Curriculum videos may be shared with small groups of less than 20 individuals. The videos may be played for the group, or a private link may be sent to the individuals who are participating in the small group.
    • Corporate Licenses: Any Digital Content that has been purchased under a Corporate License may be shared in groups larger than 20 individuals.
    • Written Permission: Any other exceptions must have written permission from AI before sharing.
2.4 You may not copy or alter the Digital Content. You may create and store copies for backup only on devices that You own. You may not remove any intellectual property notices. You acknowledge that no unauthorized third parties may gain access to these copies at any time. If You sell Your devices to a third party, You must remove the Digital Content from the devices before doing so.
2.5 AI reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

4. APPLICABLE LAW

This License Agreement is governed by the laws of Ohio, USA.

  1. MISCELLANEOUS
5.1 If any of the terms of this agreement should be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones formulated in a way that will achieve the primary purpose.
5.2 Collateral agreements, changes, or amendments are only valid if captured in writing and signed by an authorized AI representative.
